How does your pricing work?
We charge a 1% listing fee (with a $5,000 minimum) and put you in control of the cooperating (aka Buyer’s) agent commission to be offered.
Why is there a $5,000 minimum fee?
Many of the costs and services involved in selling a home are the same regardless of the property’s value. Professional photography, marketing, transaction management, pricing strategy, negotiation, and client support all require significant time and resources.
The minimum fee allows us to provide the same level of service to every client while keeping our pricing straightforward and transparent.
Do I still pay a buyer's agent commission?
In many transactions, sellers offer compensation to the buyer’s agent, but the amount is negotiable and entirely your decision. We will discuss the available options and help you determine the best strategy for your situation.
Is RealtySimple a discount brokerage?
No. RealtySimple provides full-service representation including pricing strategy, professional marketing, contract negotiation, transaction management, and guidance through closing.
What happens before my home is listed?
Before launching your home on the market, we review pricing, property condition, available documentation, disclosures, and marketing strategy. Our goal is to identify potential issues early and position your property for a successful sale.
Will I get less service because of the fee structure?
No. Our fee structure does not change the level of service you receive. We provide professional representation throughout the entire process, from pricing and marketing to negotiation and closing.
Do I need to meet in person?
Not necessarily. Much of the process can be completed remotely through phone, email, video conferencing, and electronic signatures. If an in-person meeting would be beneficial, we’re happy to accommodate.
What areas do you service?
