How does your pricing work?
Typical real estate commission is 6% of the home price. The listing agent will take 3% and offer 3% to the buyer.
We charge a flat listing fee and put you in control of the cooperating (aka Buyer’s) agent commission to be offered.
Do I have to pay the listing fee upfront?
Nope, our fee is collected at closing. We strive to deliver incredible service and results. If we are unable to sell your property, there is no cost to you.
What areas do you service?
We currently service Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, Girdwood, Palmer, and Wasilla.
Aside from savings, why should I use you?
Great question! Selling your home can be an emotional and stressful experience. We have extensive experience that allows us to anticipate hurdles before they arise and have a plan ready when needed. From offers, inspections, lenders, title, and all the other intricacies of a real estate transaction, we have the experience to get your home from “For Sale” to “Sold!”
What happens if I am unhappy with the service?
Your satisfaction is our top goal, but if you become unhappy with the service or decide to go a different route, we will cancel your listing agreement with no penalty to you. We put our customers first and will not hold you to an agreement you are not happy with.
How long does it take to list my house?
If you are ready to go, we can have your home on the market in as little as 24-48 hours. Typically, we encourage a little more time and planning to ensure your home is in show ready condition and you are prepared for the process. Most sellers will start the process 7-10 days before they are ready to have their home active on the market.
Do I have to negotiate the offer on my own?
Nope! We are full-service. Negotiating is a vital piece to a real estate transaction and we are with you every step of the way.
How will I receive updates?
You are kept up to date primarily through email, but we also reach out through text messages and good ol’ fashioned phone calls. We aim to deliver clarity and peace of mind throughout the transaction and will ensure you are well informed.
